Learn techniques on the best way to change a flat
tire. How to remove the wheel, how to get the tire off of the rim,
locating and removing the source of the flat (glass, wire, nail,
etc.), patching or replacing the tube, putting everything back together,
and airing up the tire using a pump or a CO2 cartridge.
The front tire may be easy, but what about the rear tire? Many people
dread changing a rear tire, but most likely that's the one that
will go flat. (It has something to do with Murphy's Law and weight
distribution). Fixing a flat rear tire involves messing with the
chain and derailer. Learn how how to do it the easy way.
Also find out what tools and equipment you should
carry with you so that you can change a flat.
